Hi, my name is Crystal. Unlike a lot of articles on this topic (HGH, also known as Human Growth Hormone), I am not a scientist or doctor. I’m a spiritual practitioner in Taos, New Mexico. I help people align their lives with Nature through spiritual practices. My main aim in life is helping people find happiness and fulfillment through becoming who they were meant to be.

There are very few people who are beyond help – in fact, I would say there are none. God and Nature gave us all the inner power to align ourselves with the forces that made us. But it is definitely true to say that some cases of unhappiness and lack of fulfillment are more difficult – much more difficult – than others.

I never expected it, but one such very difficult case was that of my own husband, Ross. Ross has always been very well aligned on the spiritual plane. Ever since he was a boy, he felt a special feeling when he contemplated the awesome forces of Nature – whether the stars and meteors and planets above us, or the animal life of the desert or forest, who are our brothers and sisters in this journey called Life, or the microcosm within which is the human mind and the Universal Spirit that animates and informs it.

Ross is 71, but until recently, you’d almost never know he wasn’t 31. He was trim and strong. He went on stargazing hikes deep into the wilderness, climbed mountain trails in search of rare species, and led a twice-weekly spiritual practices group. He was a great husband and lover. His energy and zest for life were second to none.

But in the last year or so, Ross changed. He lost almost all his energy. He started to look soft and flabby, especially in his face. He gained weight. He looked old for the first time in his life. He lost his muscle tone. He was almost always “too tired” to do anything – even fun things he used to love. And the bedroom – forget it. Worst of all, Ross was very, very, very sad about all this. That sadness permeated both our lives, all the time.

I love Ross. I knew that his spiritual energies and practices were good. His star signs showed no problems. His meditation was as solid as ever. I knew we had to investigate every possible pathway to help him. An artist friend, Betty, told us about the clinic that runs this Web site. She said that they had helped her husband when conventional family practitioners were baffled. She said they had a simple test that would tell you if your HGH levels were too low – and that low HGH levels could cause the alarming decline I saw in Ross.

Long story short: Ross took the test. Almost immediately, the results came back – Ross did have an HGH deficiency. The board-certified doctors at the clinic designed a program to restore Ross’s HGH levels.

Within weeks, to say that Ross had “perked up” would be a massive understatement! He started hiking again. He re-started his spiritual group. He lost the flab so fast I couldn’t believe it and he looks more handsome than ever! The bedroom is our favorite place again. And best of all, Ross is back to being his bright and optimistic and high-spirited self – in short, he’s happy. Just like I know he was meant to be. And that’s why I call HGH the “happiness hormone.” It’s not a drug. It’s totally natural. It’s something your body makes itself. But if you’re low on it, the lack of it can really drag you down. Thanks to the clinic’s program, and the proper levels of this natural happiness hormone, my husband has his life back again! (And so do I.)
