The following image shows the main injection points used for Human Growth Hormone Therapy.
Our hormone clinic recommends injecting HGH sub Q in the love handles or 3 inches left or right of the belly button
Our specialists say the most favorable opportunity to make an injection is before retiring to bed. Usually, the body secretes more HGH at nighttime than during daytime.
Part One: Sanitize the area (example: table). Also, Prepare all things you will use.
Part Two: Clean the hands using hot water and soap. If another person is planning on injecting you, she or he is recommended to use two disposable latex gloves.
Part Three: Take off the plastic tops that flip from the HGH ampoule and the sterilized water containers and toss them. Use a new alcohol swab to clean the stoppers made of rubber, and then toss the swab. Make sure the tops are not touched after they are cleaned! (if they are touched, use a no swab of alcohol to re-sterilize them)
Part Four: Open the wrapper containing the long needle and syringe, ensuring not to make contact with the needle. Pull the plastic syringe protector tip off and secure the syringe, and tightly twist the needle into its slot. Put it to the side because it will be needed later. Retract the syringe's plunger to the point that the barrel reads from the one cc line.
Part Five: Put the sterilized water vial on the sterilized working surface. Grab the syringe with the most extended needle attached and press it down rightly through the center of the stopper made of rubber at the vial's top.
Press the syringe's plunger down completely, which will press the one cc of already-pumped are in the vial. Pressure will be created through this action. As you press down on the plunger, take the syringe and the vial with your opposite hand and flip it opposite itself.
Slip the tip of the needle under the water level inside the vial. After that, let go of the plunger that will fill water into the syringe. Or you can also pull the plunger back until the one cc mark is reached on the barrel of the syringe.
If air bubbles enter the syringe, use the fingertips to tap against the barrel, then push gently down on the plunger to make the air bubbles go back to the vial. After sterilized water fills the syringe, take the vial from the needle and don't touch the tip of the needle.
Part Six: Mix the HGH vial with the sterilized water during this step. You do this by holding the syringe that contains sterilized water and the needle. Then you press the needle through the stopper made of rubber of the vial of the HGH - somatropin - and shoot the sterilized water inside it.
The tip of the needle needs to rest on the vial's wall. Press the syringe's plunger gingerly and cautiously so that the water can roll down the vial's side.
Part Seven: Pull the needle out of the vial of HGH - somatropin - and place the syringe in a safe place. Agitate the vial containing the HGH - somatropin - and sterilized water mix carefully in a round and moderate motion.
Retract the plunger, so the syringe accepts some air, then press it back in the vial of HGH - somatropin. Press the plunger and cause pressure to build inside the vial, and this will assist you in pumping out the solution. After emptying a vial, turn the syringe around, so your needle faces up.
Part Eight: Get the plastic empty cap on the giant needle and take it off. Prep the smallest needle which you need for your shot. Assure that no bubbles of air are inside the syringe. Now the injection is prepped and ready.
Directions On Injection:
Pick the site for shooting the injection of the subcutaneous kind. It is usually found that the most comfortable, most accessible, and most convenient place is on the anterior of the abdomen (stomach). It is vital to go somewhere other than the location right around the belly button, known as the umbilicus. After selecting the spot, sterilize it with an unused sponge of alcohol and then let the spot dry on its own.
Take the hand which is not dominant (right hand for left-handed folks), press together a skin fold, and pull it up. Take your dominant hand and raise the syringe. Prick it into the fold of the skin fast. Push the whole needle at a right angle to the epidermis and hold it in place.
If it is possible to press together a 2.5-centimeter (one-inch) fold of tissue, press in the needle with a forty-five angle degree; if using a 5-centimeter (two-inch) fold of tissue, press it in at an angle of ninety degrees. Ensure that fluid is slowly injected, then remove the needle quickly. Finally, take a sterile sponge of alcohol and press it against the injection site for a couple of moments.
